What is Management Consulting?
Management consultants are elite problem-solvers, hired by companies to address complex business challenges and opportunities. By using a combination of structured thinking, analytical skills, and clear communication, consultants are able to assist primary decision-makers across a variety of industries in both the public and private sector.

2. Pay Your Dues
When you click join the MCA on BYU's club website, you will be directed to a page that requests you to pay dues. Dues are due every calendar year, and last for the entire 12 months, so it doesn't matter when you join the MCA, your dues will be valid for the year following. Unlike some clubs on campus which are funded through a department or other branch of the university, the MCA is entirely self-sustaining. It is made for students and run by students, and assisted by former students who have gone on to work in all of the most prestigious consulting firms around the world. Your dues investment funds all of the activities of the club and enable the MCA to continue moving forward.
3. Show Up!
Once you are an official MCA member, you will receive access to the membership area on this website and you will be added to the MCA email list, which will inform you of the location and details of all MCA events. If you show up regularly, contribute heavily, and receive as much as possible, joining the MCA will easily be the best decision you make during your time at BYU. The students who show up get results. It's really that simple. MCA Meetings are every Tuesday at 7pm in the Tanner building throughout the Fall and Winter semesters. We'll see you there soon!
